1. Ensure that the Moisture M8™ is fully operational by pressing the red button    located on the top. If a red light appears on the main unit, it is working fine.


2. Place the Moisture M8™, with your hand on the red button, into a plant pot. Make sure that the probes go as far into the soil as possible. You will now be faced with two possibilities:

a) A blue light will appear, indicating that your plant doesn't need watering

b) No blue light will appear, indicating that your plant does need watering


3. Take the Moisture M8 out of the soil and if a blue light appeared, water the plant. After this, repeat steps 1 and 2. If a blue light now appears, there is enough moisture for the plant. However, if the blue light does not appear, you must water the plant until it does!


4. With this in mind, you should encounter no problems when using the Moisture M8™.
